SPX Brands Acquires Private Label Gift, Home DA(c)cor and Specialty Lighting Provider Great Ideas.

29 May 2019 - US-based consumer products manufacturer SPX Brands (SolarX Eyewear, LLC) has completed the acquisition of Great Ideas, LLC, the company said.
Great Ideas specialises in designing, importing and private labeling for North America's retailers in three product categories, gift, home dA(c)cor and specialty lighting.
The Great Ideas team will remain in place and the company will continue to operate out of Ottumwa, Iowa.
Wilz will focus on custom-designed import programs for the world's leading retailers.
This acquisition marks the fifth acquisition for SPX Brands in four years.
SPX Brands is a manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of high-quality products. SPX Brands diverse portfolio includes PolarX Ornaments and Gifts, SolarX Eyewear, Uniquely Coastal and Woodland Xpressions.
