StackCommerce Acquires The Fascination to Expand Online Marketplace for D2C Brands.

California-based digital publishing commerce and content platform StackCommerce has acquired Virginia-based D2C commerce marketplace The Fascination, to increase an all-in-one commerce solution for content creators of all sizes, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This acquisition adds unique, premium D2C brands to existing shops and affiliate offerings for publishers.
Launched in 2020 as a platform for new and emerging brands to be discovered and purchased, The Fascination is a curated marketplace and media partner for 200 brands.
