Steelite International Acquires Assets of D.W. Haber/Son.

29 May 2019 - Pennsylvania, US-based hospitality tabletop and buffet supplier Steelite International has agreed to acquire the assets of New York, US-based metal banquet and buffet products maker D.W. Haber and Son, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Formal closing of the purchase agreement is expected to occur in May 2019.

This acquisition will give Steelite ownership of D.W. Haber and Son and Kenny Mack Designs, allowing for the opportunity to expand the product offering to a broader global audience.

Steelite International is a manufacturer and supplier of tabletop and buffet products for the hospitality industry. Steelite to offers solutions in china, metal, glass, wood and melamine.

D.W. Haber and Son started in 1902 as a silver repair company.

Haber products are in hospitality venues all around the world.
