The head of Swiss National Bank (SNB), Thomas Jordan, has said that the bank is not a hostage to other central banks, EuroNews has reported.
Jordan said that the bank decides its own independent monetary policy and is not dependent on the actions of other central banks. He said that the bank has an autonomous monetary policy with a focus on price stability.
