TCDI to Acquire Aon's Ediscovery Practice to Expand into UK.

North Carolina, US-based legal services, software and cybersecurity provider TCDI has agreed to acquire the eDiscovery practice of UK-based global professional services firm Aon plc (NYSE: AON) to expand eDiscovery capabilities and reach into UK, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will strengthen TCDI's existing eDiscovery offerings, adding expansive advisory services such as information governance to its comprehensive legal solutions.
The acquisition will add Aon's NOMAD mobile processing platform, PHI/PII detection and post-data-breach support tools to the TCDI technology suite to further support law firms and corporations.
