Teenagers arrested in police organised crime blitz

The Kirklees District Crime Team is continuing their investigation following the arrests in Huddersfield and Dewsbury

Two youths aged 18 and 17 were arrested in Huddersfield and an 18-year-old was arrested in Dewsbury.

They were all in custody yesterday.

This forms part of a continuing investigation by the police into a robbery on Bromley Street, Hanging Heaton, on the morning of March 25.

A delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint.

He was not injured during the robbery, which ended when the suspects fled with stolen property.
