Teledyne to Acquire Xena Networks to Expand Protocol Test Portfolio.

New York-based Teledyne Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TDY), a manufacturer of advanced protocol analysers, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments, has agreed to acquire Danish Terabit Ethernet validation provider Xena Networks ApS Xena Networks, to expand LeCroy Protocol test portfolio, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
