Finder's Rights: The finder of lost goods has the right to such goods,
except against the true owner, Hannah v. Peel (l945), 2All. E.R. 288,
and any third person who steals from the finder can be convicted of
larceny, R. v. Swinson (l900), 64 J.P. 73.
