The grocer posted a screenshot taken from the M&S website of its £669 Roma Four-Seater Garden Table and Chairs, with a caption joking: "Marks and Spencer drink Aldi wine. Pass it on."
The budget chain has been sued twice by M&S in recent years over "copycat" products - for its Cuthbert The Caterpillar cake and glowing festive gin bottles.
And wags on social media found the faux-pas hilarious with one tweeting: "Eagleeyed Aldi just took sweet revenge on...
