TikTok star hits out at 'rubbery' Wimpy food

The TikTok and Youtube star visited Wimpy, which he described as an "old style" burger joint in the town centre

However, he slammed the company as a "massive" disappointment after trying its food, that could have been made of "rubber from the Pound Shop".

Danny revisited the burger joint that his mum used to take him to as a child. He ordered the cheese burger, served with onion, tomato, lettuce and ketchup; a chicken stack burger with mayonnaise; classic cod and chips with beans, and a chocolate milkshake, for a total of £25.25.

Danny said: "So, we've gone to

Wimpy, which are known for their burgers, and they have fish and chips on the menu. So, I thought, 'I've got to try it'. Is it going to be like having a fish finger? Because it was quite pricey for what it was."

Danny's food arrived after around 10 minutes. First up was the cheese burger, of which he said: "I don't think that's my cup of tea to be honest. It tastes cheap... like frozen food.

"There is a lot of lettuce. It reminds me of a boiled burger you used to get in a tin."

The chicken burger got a better reaction. Danny said: "That tastes a lot better, in terms of flavour...
