SECOND-CLASS DELIVERIES Royal Mail has put forward proposals that would see first-class mail kept as a six-days-a-week service, but second class and bulk business mail, such as bills and statements - could be cut to every other weekday. It comes as part of the group's submission to Ofcom, which is consulting on reforms of the service. DAZZLING HEADLIGHTS Research into headlight glare will be launched amid concerns about drivers being dazzled. A survey commissioned by the RAC found 85% of drivers affected by glare believe the problem is getting worse. Also 89% think some car headlights are too bright.
