US-based energy products and services distributor and marketer UGI Corp's (NYSE: UGI) UGI Energy Services, LLC unit has acquired Houston-based renewable natural gas company GHI Energy, LLC, UGI said.
GHI is a renewable natural gas marketer in California, a state with one of the most robust carbon credit trading programmes in the nation.
GHI is primarily focused on providing vehicle fleets with RNG by coordinating supply from a portfolio of sources across the country.
