Unicoin Makes Acquires Thailand's Eden Grand Resort in USD 335m Crypto Transaction.

US-based assets-backed cryptocurrency Unicoin has entered into a USD 335 m agreement to purchase 64,000-sq. meter luxury resort Eden Grand Resort, in Thailand in the largest real estate acquisition made with cryptocurrency, the company said.
The property, in addition to the underlying land, is proposed to have a 6-story building plus 150 2- and 3-bedroom villas constructed and developed as a luxury resort. The purchase price shall be paid in unicoins.
