US Cannabis Operator 4Front Ventures Closes Acquisition of Island Cannabis Co.

Arizona, US-based vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operator and retailer 4Front Ventures Corp. (CSE: FFNT) (QTCQX: FFNTF) has closed on the purchase of California-based pre-rolls, flower and concentrate products producer Island Global Holdings, Inc, the company said.
The deal was first announced on March 30, 2022.
The acquisition of Island adds new products to 4Front's brand portfolio, including diverse lines of pre-rolls, flower and infused products with a strong following from local California consumers.
Island Founder and CEO, Ray Landgraf, Island COO, Brandon Mills, and the Island leadership team join 4Front's management team as a result of the transaction.
