Colorado Senator Cory Gardner has vowed to fight to provide banking services for the marijuana industry.
The senator's marijuana banking amendment to the First Step Act had been blocked earlier. He said that he would work to remove inconsistencies that exist in federal and state laws with regard to marijuana banking.
