Valnet Closes Acquisition of UK Digital Tech Publication Pocket-lint.com.

Canada-based digital content investment company Valnet Inc has completed the acquisition of UK-based digital tech publication Pocket-lint.com, the company said.
Pocket-lint started with a small team of professional journalists nearly 20 years ago and has since expanded its coverage to include news, reviews, opinions and guides on all things consumer tech.
This latest acquisition is complementary to Valnet's tech portfolio, which includes notable tech sites MakeUseOf.com, AndroidPolice.com, and XDA-Developers.com.
Valnet is a digital content investment company that owns and operates a diversified portfolio of premier digital publishing assets across multiple verticals.
