Varian Acquires Aspekt Solutions to Enhance Advanced Oncology Solutions.

US-based Varian, offering support to care providers, has acquired Maryland-based radiology and radiation oncology providers Aspekt Solutions, to expand advanced oncology solutions offering, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Aspekt Solutions expands Varian's medical physics and dosimetry services, building on Varian's commitment to providing a holistic approach to cancer care.
The acquisition of Aspekt Solutions will increase the ability to address the rising demand for customised services and standardised care delivery.
