Velocity Clinical Research Acquires Clinical Research to Expand Global Network.

North Carolina, US-based research site organisation Velocity Clinical Research has acquired Germany based dedicated research centre Clinical Research Hamburg to begin global expansion of its network of integrated clinical research sites, the company said.

Clinical Research Hamburg, Velocity's first European acquisition, was acquired for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition is the first in a series of deals lined up across the UK and Germany, as the company grows its network of integrated clinical research sites globally.

Velocity is the first US-based clinical research sites business to expand into Europe, bringing its total number of integrated locations to 32.
