Veon Acquires Russian Cloud Service Provider IBS DataFort.

Netherlands-based connectivity and internet services provider Veon Ltd. (NASDAQ: VEON) (Euronext Amsterdam: VEON) has acquired Russian cloud IT infrastructure provider IBS DataFort, the company said.
The acquisition was made by Veon's VimpelCom Russian subsidiary that runs the Beeline mobile operator brand and IBS DataFort will be integrated into Beeline's BeeCLOUD business unit.
IBS DataFort is a provider of IT and security services and is one of the largest and fastest growing cloud computing companies in Russia.
