Vontier to Acquire New Zealand Payment Solutions Provider Invenco for USD 80m.

North Carolina, US-based industrial technology company Vontier Corp. (NYSE: VNT) has agreed to acquire New Zealand-based payment solutions provider Invenco for USD 80m, the company said.
The USD 80m purchase is expected to close in 3Q22. The acquisition will be subject to customary closing conditions, and will be funded with available liquidity.
Upon closing, Invenco will be integrated within Gilbarco Veeder-Root, leveraging GVR's channel to market.
