[77] ward versus kidswin. Ward port un action versus Kidswin en le detinet; & declare, q, tiel jour & ami le defendant, apud London in parochia Sanctifi Mariae de Arcubus in warda de Cheap, confesse le obligari al plaintiff p le escript obligatorie, quod reddat tant de Hamburgh money, o^ est tant English, &c. Defendant demand oyer del obligation, que avoit, & 1'obligation fuit date apud Hamburgh, & defendant demurre, quia le plaintiff ad count, que ceat fuit fait apud London, quancl est date al Hamburgh, un lieu ouster le mare. Mults livers fuere cyte, que il ne puit issint declare. A que fuit response, comentq^ uu faitsoit date en un lieu, poet estre seale, & deliver al auter lieu ; 31 H. 6. Faits 104. 21 E. 4. 26. Et quod sur oyer del obligation appiert d'estre date apud Hamburgh : mes fuit response, q, Hamburgh ne serra intende un vill, mes pur un lieu : quia est un taverne en London appeller Antwerpe, isaint en la ward de Cheap fuit un lieu vocat Hamburgh, mes en pleading serra intend un vili.
