Et sur c le defendant demurr. Primieriment, pur money doit estre en le debet & detinet, & cite un judgement 3 Jac. in Hasle, & Diaper's case, lou fuit en le debet & detinet, & fuit de 991. English, & declare de sale pur 991. Flemish, & averre, q^ tout mi, & recover. 38 H. 6. 13. 9 E. 4. 5. Mes respond & resolve per Cur. q^ gist en le detinet assets bien 46 E. 3. 15. Un home ne declara ad valenc quand est pur English money ; mea icy poet estre bien, quia 1'un value fuit conus: mes nemy Tauter, & Doderidge, dit, q^ poet estre en le clebet, & debinet, mes le course est en le detinet tantum, quia nestq^ come bulloin.
