The engaged couple are staying for 10 nights in the Royal Suite, which costs around £15,500 a night and runs the entire length of the fifth floor

They have also booked out lots of other rooms for their guests. It's £250,000 worth of business and everything has to be perfect.

Guest Experience Manager Sean will do "anything as long as it's legal" to look after them and he has even spent threeand-a-half hours unpacking for the couple.

There's one slight concern - the couple has their one-yearold staying with them in the newly-refurbished-by-Gucci bedroom.

Sean says: "The baby is at

the savoy ITV, 9pm the stage of his life when he's beginning to eat solids. That's a silk rug. It's going to be messy."
