World Insurance Acquires Bentsen Combies in Rhode Island to Expand Services Nationally.

New Jersey, US-based World Insurance Associates LLC has acquired Bentsen Combies Insurance Inc. of East Greenwich, Rhode Island to expand services nationally while offering clients more coverage options and increased support, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Giordano, Haleran and Ciesla provided legal counsel to WIA and Scali Group advised WIA on the transaction. Legal counsel for Bentsen Combies was not disclosed.
