The Terriers were denied a crucial three points at Ashton Gate on Saturday when Ollie Turton was adjudged to have handled deep into stoppage time, with Nahki Wells going on to convert a 101st-minute equaliser from the spot and consign Town to a 1-1 draw

The setback was hugely significant for the league standings, as it sent the Terriers into the relegation zone with just three games of the season left to play. Town sit third from bottom ahead of tomorrow's encounter at home to Swansea City, one point and place behind Birmingham City, who are above the dotted line.

Breitenreiter believes his side have missed out on 'many points' as a result of contentious decisions in recent weeks, and called on the club to pull together in their moment of adversity.

"First of all, we showed a very brave performance in Bristol. The team played really well," the head coach said at Thursday's pre-match press conference.

"Of course, we were penalised with a wrong penalty decision. I got the information this week that they told us the decision was wrong, no apology but the decision was wrong.

"It was also not the first time, so that means that we were robbed of two more points, like also in other games before.

"The whole team, and also the club and the supporters, draw motivation from injustice, and so do I.
