Xcel Brands Acquires Fashion Brand Logo by Lori Goldstein.

New York-based media and consumer products company Xcel Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: XELB) has agreed to acquire the US fashion brand Lori Goldstein brands, including Logo by Lori Goldstein to expand across multiple channels of distribution, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition focusses on growing the popular brand thorough live streaming, e-commerce and global direct-response television networks, expanding the business into new products and categories.
Logo by Lori Goldstein offers multiple categories such as casual womenswear, outerwear, eyewear, jewelry and activewear.
