New York, US-based property and casualty managing general underwriter Xchange Benefits, LLC, specializing in accident and health insurance, has purchased the renewal rights of Florida, US-based managing general underwriter Employer Benefit Underwriters, Inc.'s employer stop loss portfolio, effective immediately, the company said.

Founded in 1996 in Daytona Beach, Florida, Employer Benefit Underwriters, Inc. has been a managing general underwriter of employer stop loss business under a leadership of Howard Huneke.
