Yoummday Acquires Icon Communication Centres to Expand Global Reach in BPO Market.

Germany-based work at home solutions specialist yoummday GmbH has acquired Prague-based multilingual business process outsourcer Icon Communication Centres s.r.o., from ESPIRA Investments s.r.o. (ESPIRA) and Icon's executive management team, the company said.
yoummday's acquisition of ICON Communication Centres was concluded on the 20th of July 2022, and all parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
The purchase of Icon is yoummday's first acquisition in its growth strategy since receiving a EUR 30m (USD 30.5m) funding round from Armira Growth and Project A in February 2022.
