Illinois, US-based professional services firm ZS has acquired Denmark-based bioinformatics and systems biology company, Intomics A/S to strengthen focus on the discovery of new medicines, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Intomics accelerates and optimises pharmaceutical drug discovery and development by enabling complex analysis of biomedical data.
