Aera Energy LLC, a United States-based natural gas, oil exploration and production company jointly owned by Shell Oil Company and ExxonMobil, has announced that its president and CEO, Christina Sistrunk, has chosen to retire effective October 1, 2020.
Sistrunk joined the company in June 2015 after a stint as vice president Arctic Capability - Upstream Americas for Shell. She started her career with Amoco Production Company in Louisiana and joined Shell in 1998.
