Altia Oyj (HEL:ALTIA) announced on Wednesday that the members of its shareholders' nomination board are Pekka Hurtola, from the Ownership Steering department in the Prime Minister's Office; Hanna Kaskela, of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company; and Annika Ekman, of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company. Also, the chairman of Atia's board of directors, Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, will act as an expert member of the nomination board.

In its organising meeting held on 2 October 2019, the nomination board elected Hurtola as its chairman.

According to the company, its nomination board consists of three persons nominated by the shareholders as members. Altia's three largest registered shareholders, in the share register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd as on 2 September 2019...
