Amprius Technologies, Inc., a US-based company that deals with lithium-ion batteries with its Silicon Nanowire Anode Platform, has signed a purchase agreement with centrotherm, a Germany-based global supplier of process equipment for the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries.
The contract has been signed to support the development of large-scale silicon anode production for Amprius' high-performance lithium-ion battery cells.
