Arch Insurance (Arch) has said that it has appointed Jim Villa as senior vice president, Strategy and Distribution for the Health (A&H) business unit.

In his new role, Villa will report to Linda Fallon, executive vice president, Travel, Accident & Health.

'We are excited to add Jim to our team as we look to further expand our A&H business,' said Fallon. 'His industry expertise in an array of roles and proven track record in business development, distribution and management will help us build on our ongoing marketplace success.'

Villa, who has over 25 years of experience establishing and leading A&H businesses, has previously served as senior vice president and head of A&H at The Hartford and as global head and chief operating officer, Worldwide Life, A&H at Chubb Group...
