Paper manufacturer Arctic Paper SA (WSE:ATC) (STO:ARP) announced on Wednesday that its management board has received information about waiver of the majority of holders of the notes issued by a subsidiary of Rottneros AB (STO:RROS) on allowing a potential extra dividend payment by Rottneros.
Under the information received on 2 October 2019 from the subsidiary, the extra dividend, provided that a resolution is approved by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Rottneros, will amount SEK0.70 per share, or approximately SEK107m in total.
