Access security solutions company ASSA ABLOY (STO:ASSA-B) announced on Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Inovadoor Portas Industriais Ltda, a Brazilian company specializing in sectional and high-speed door manufacturing.
Inovadoor, founded in 1997, operates with approximately 100 employees at its primary office and factory in Pinhais, near Curitiba, Brazil.
In 2022, Inovadoor achieved sales totaling BRL52m (approximately SEK100m). This strategic acquisition is anticipated to have an immediate positive impact on ASSA ABLOY's earnings per share (EPS).
