Swedish industrial company Atlas Copco AB (STO:ATCOA) said on Friday that it has acquired the operating assets of Compressed Air Products Inc (CAP), a US-based compressor distributor.
Located in Newnan, Georgia, CAP has 20 employees. It sells to a broad range of industrial customer segments and also has a strong service business, Atlas Copco said.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
