Award-winning East Lothian chippy launches special midsummer beach takeaway menu

Running from June 22 to July 31, East Coast Fish & Chips' new menu will feature a collection of daily specials, including langoustine scampi, panko lemon sole, crispy calamari, and beer-battered king prawns

A children's menu and vegan and gluten-free options are also available at the Musselburgh dining spot for those with particular dietary preferences. And traditional fish and chip suppers with haddock or cod served with East Coast's secret recipe chippy sauce will also be on offer.

For the third year running, East Coast - owned and operated by Carlo and Katia Crolla - was crowned one of the 50 best fish and chips shops in the UK.

The much-loved venue has also been named amongst Scotland's top ten fish and chip takeaways and is the only chippy in Edinburgh and the Lothians to make it to the list.
