BBC Saturday Kitchen viewers say the same wonderful thing about Mel B as Spice Girl causes 'chaos'

At the beginning of the show, Matt became distracted by Mel's leopard print nails in a nod to her Spice Girls heyday. Matt, 50, said: "I kind of got distracted by your nails!". Mel, 48, replied: "Oh, I always have to have leopard print everywhere."

The pop star then surprisingly lifted her leg high onto the table to show off her leopard print knee-high Louboutin boots. Matt quickly interrupted Mel to warn the cameraman about not revealing too much. He said: “Careful with that shot, Sam!”

Mel then exclaimed: "I am protecting myself and I am wearing underwear!" Before jokingly second-guessing: "Am I". The studio erupted into laughter as Matt held his head in his hand, struggling to hold it together.

During the live show, Mel also spoke about her new book called Brutally Honest, which follows the key moments of her life so far. The Spice Girl touched upon domestic violence as she's an advocate for raising awareness on the subject. She also expressed her hate for carbonara leaving Matt amused.

Saturday Kitchen viewers praised Mel's appearance on the show and hailed her entertaining to watch, taking to X, one person wrote: "I officially love #MelB Someone honest & funny on a cooking programme...
