BNCCORP, INC. (OTC: BNCC), which operates community banking and wealth management businesses in North Dakota and Arizona and mortgage banking offices in Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Arizona, and North Dakota, has released its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022.

The company's net income was USD1.5m, or USD0.43 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2022, as against USD4.7m, or USD1.32 per diluted share, in the third quarter of 2021.

Total assets were USD946.2m as of September 30, 2022, compared to USD1.0bn on December 31, 2021. Total deposits were USD823.7m at September 30, 2022, compared to USD906.7m at December 31, 2021.
