Calumet Specialty Products Partners LP (NASDAQ: CLMT), an independent producer of specialty hydrocarbon and fuels products, has completed the acquisition of Paralogics LLC, a producer of candle and industrial wax blends.
Paralogics is adding 20 million pounds of annual blending and formulating capabilities.
