Charkit Chemical Company of Norwalk, Connecticut, a subsidiary of LBB Specialties LLC, has named Jay Lang as its new president.
Lang succeeds Charles Hinnant, the company's founder, as Charkit's president. In this role, Lang will lead all aspects of the Charkit organisation, including the Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and Administration functions. He will be responsible with driving revenue and gross profit growth, managing Charkit's operating functions and improving the efficiency of working capital. Lang will report directly to Hinnant.
