United States-based CITGO Petroleum Corporation has named Mark Holstein as its new general counsel.
In the new role, Holstein is to manage all aspects of the firm's legal strategy and material litigation, while offering legal counsel and advising senior management. Holstein is to report directly to Jack Lynch, vice president of Legal and Government Affairs.
