Retailing company Clas Ohlson AB (STO:CLASB) reported on Monday that it recorded sales of SEK677m for the month of September 2018. This was a 6% increase over sales of SEK640m in September 2017. Organically, sales grew by 2%.
Sales during the month in comparable units and local currency decreased by 2%, while online sales growth in September 2018 amounted to SEK30m, up by 38% as compared with SEK22m in September 2017.
Also, compared with September 2017, the store portfolio was expanded net by 15 stores. At the end of the period, the total number of stores was 235.
