Contura Energy Inc. (NYSE: CTRA), a United States-base coal supplier, is exiting from the Powder River Basin in Wyoming.
Two previously wholly-owned subsidiaries of Contura Energy, Contura Coal West LLC and Contura Wyoming Land LLC, have integrated with certain subsidiaries of Eagle Specialty Materials LLC. Contura Energy, Contura Coal West and Contura Wyoming are not the surviving entities of the merger and are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of Eagle Specialty Materials LLC.
