Danish biopharmaceutical company, powered by cannabinoids, DanCann Pharma A/S (Spotlight:DANCAN) (OTCQB:DCPXF) announced on Friday that Louise Bertelsen Forman, a life science lawyer, has been nominated to join its board of directors at the annual general meeting on 30 May 2023.
Forman is an equity partner at Loeven specializing in the life science field with over 10 years of industry experience. Previously, Forman served as a board member of Life Science Law DK and Loeven Advokatfirma, and she has also worked as an attorney in Corporate Legal Life Science & Business Development at H. Lundbeck A/S.
