However, another reason Jay has stood out from the rest is his rather unique breakfasting options, which includes downing raw eggs in a cup for 'fitness reasons'.

It's been revealed by his best friend and coach Blair Sangster that Jay eats 4,500 calories every day, with daily meals including Weetabix, salmon, potatoes, rice, and lots of vegetables.

So, if you want to look like Jay, and have the guts to stomach his diet, read on further for some Love Island hunk tips.

Holland & Barrett nutritionist Alex Glover has actually advised against consuming raw eggs for protein, and has provided some healthy alternatives for those aiming for a Jay Younger physique.

Alex said: "The bioavailability of the protein in raw eggs is not as high as when the eggs are cooked, so when it comes to enhancing the effects of muscle protein synthesis for recovery, always cook your eggs.

"Raw eggs aren't safe to eat if they're unpasteurised, but the risk of salmonella is much lower in eggs that have been pasteurised."

Other breakfasts that Alex suggests include high protein muesli with fruit, scrambled eggs and a layered yoghurt pot - much more appetising than a glass of the raw stuff.
