Edinburgh's Holyrood Distillery announces summer lineup with cocktails and street food

The slew of summer events will be starting from June 30 and will extend all the way to the middle of August. It will feature a long line up of Edinburgh street food vendors and an exclusive summer cocktail menu

The involved food vendors will include Latin American food from Taqueria Don Güero, food truck Lemon Squeezy, slow cooked and smoked meats from Stag Bites the Hog and Vietnamese sandwiches from the Bánh Mì Brothers.

As well as a selection of street foods, the distillery will also offer an exclusive cocktail menu. Featuring a Holyrood Distillery White Sangria and the 'Elvis Lives' made with Height of Arrows Gin, Campari and Schoefferhofer beer.

To account for the inconsistent weather in Edinburgh, the distillery will also put up a marquee with festoon lighting and outdoor heaters when the weather fails to live up to expectations. As well as running tasting events in their indoor bar at the distillery itself.
