Edinburgh schoolgirl Caitlin Docherty goes missing after being spotted on street

Edinburgh local Caitlin Docherty was last seen in Downie Terrace at around 4pm on Monday, June 27. Her family is becoming increasingly worried after she has not been seen since

Caitlin is described as being five foot two inches tall, with shoulder length hair, half red and half brown in colour and pierced ears. She was also last seen wearing black jogging bottoms, a black crop top, black hooded top and white trainers.

Anyone with information on Caitlin's whereabouts or who has been in contact with her are being urged to call police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 2159 of June 27.

Inspector Scott Casey, Corstorphine Police Station said :

"We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Caitlin. This is an extremely worrying time for her family and friends.
