Edinburgh set for new Chinese hot pot restaurant as popular chain expands

Casserole Wang, which opened up on the historic Candlemaker Row several years ago, serves up traditional hot pot. Now, they're launching a new spot in Haymarket

The unique restaurant gives diners the opportunity to pick a soup base, before selecting various ingredients. They're serving from 28 West Maitland Street, as of April 20.

Taking to Instagram, Casserole Wang said: "Once you've eaten it, you won't be able to stop thinking about it!

"Whether you dine-in or take-out, the quantity is always sufficient. They are cooked in casseroles for one person to preserve flavour and freshness, and are clean and healthy.
