United States-based Energy and Environmental Services, Inc (OTC: EESE) has signed a non-binding letter of intent to merge with Patriot Chemicals & Services LLC, a privately-held production chemical company in the United States.
The company will pay to Patriot shareholders USD300,000 in cash, USD300,000 in notes and 2.0 million shares of EES common stock, subject to the terms in the letter of intent, upon completion of the merger.
